Tlie comments that follow are general in nature and <br /> may not be complete. <br /> An addidonal plan review response may be required after receipt of completed plans. <br /> 2.A property line must be assumed between buildi�gs on the same property to determine wall <br /> and opening protection requirements. 5ection 504(c). The distance between the existing <br /> dwelling (measured from the edge of the back porch) and the proposed auto repair shop must <br /> be as follows: <br /> A) 3'-0" minimum with no openings allowed and two-hour wall construction in the east shop <br /> wall; or <br /> B) 8'-0" minimum with 3/4-hour protected openings and one-hour wall construction in the <br /> east shop wa11. <br /> 3.Parapet walls height and construction shall be not less than indicated in Section 1710. <br /> 4.Provide a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface on floors and walls of toilet rooms per Section <br /> sioro�. <br /> 5.Roofing drainage shall not floti- over public property.
