Specifically our scope of work inciuded <br /> the following: <br /> . Site Plan indicating ihe location of ihe soil borings completed for this project; <br /> . Detailai, interpretive soil boring logs and laboratory cest resulu; <br /> . Recommendations for foundation support, including allowable bearing capacities, minimum footing <br /> width and depth,and anticipated settlement <br /> . Drainage recommendations; <br /> . Recommendations for temporary slopes,retaining walls,and rockeries; <br /> . Site preparation recommendations; <br /> . Fiil compaction requirements; <br /> . Recommcndations for an asphaltic pavement section; <br /> . Erosion control recommendations;and, <br /> . Recommendations for fiuiher work,if required. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed site under investigation is located between 22"" and 23rd Street and Broadway Avenue, on the <br /> east side of thc strcet, in Evcrett,5nohomish Counry, Washington. Please refer to the Location/I'opographic <br /> Map,Figure 1. The property is curtently developed with, from north to south,an equipment rental company <br /> that was formedy a service station, an older residcnce, and otLer small, wood-framed commercial buildings <br /> on the southem portion of the rte. The property is generally tlat, wilh an estimated less than 3 feet of <br /> elevation change across the sites. Stormwater runofT appears to be wntrolled by catch basins on the existing <br /> properties and in thc streets. T�o standing or running sudace���aters wcre noted on the site at the time of our <br /> sile visit. <br /> SI'tG IA'VESTIGATION <br /> Gxploratoty Mcthods <br /> Wc explored surfacc and subsurface conditions at the project site on July 11, 2002. Our surfacc <br /> exploration consisted of a visual site recennaissance.
