It will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable combination of conduit <br /> and trenchiny and/or riser conduit to accommodate Verizon's network <br /> communications cable within the complex. Provided that an acceptable <br /> combination of conduit and/or trenching is incorporated into the project to <br /> accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, there will be no costs to the developer for <br /> Verizon's cable. <br /> 6. If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-w�y is <br /> necessary, appropriate charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of <br /> Payment form wili be fonvarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement <br /> of Verizon's engineering for such rearrangement, a deposit will be required.
