WAS��MG10N <br />To demolish several structures including a servfce station and single family <br />residence and construct approximately 2,300 square foot restaurant �t <br />southwest corner of Broadway and 25th Street. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance <br />of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, <br />and all required impr�vements to the pubiic right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is cequired before any permits <br />ire issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued. • <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the <br />City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />4. Participation in the program to fund the north end sanitary sewer interceptor <br />is cequired. . <br />5. On site detention with provision for oil and sediment removsl is required. <br />6: Standard street improvements on 25th Strect are required in conformance <br />with city ordinance. <br />AMEND CHEKCLIST AS FOLLONS: <br />II-13- c and d- change to yes. <br />jcl <br />
