PROPOSAL• To demolish several structures including a service station and single family residence and construct approximately 2,300 square foot restaurant at southwest comer of Broadway and 25th Street. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the recommendation of the Pub:�c Works Department that issuance of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: i. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and a11 required improvements to the public rlght-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All Improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit Is issued. 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and d�bris during construction. 3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. 4. Participatlon in the program to fund the north end sanitary sewer interceptor is required. 5. On site detentlon with provision for ail and sedimen2 removal is required. 6. Standard street improvements on 25th Street are required in conformance wlth city ordinance.
