He said that a verbal resolution was adopted to restrict left turns fro� P4ukilteo to Friday Avenue, and a speea' limit of 15 �.p.h. was resolved, but not posted. The Transportation Advisory Committee reviewed �he speed limit issue, and it was dc�termined that 15 m.p.h, was against the R.C.A'. � Councilman Baker asked that before any more �aas done on this it be delayed for two weeks to have further discussion �vith the Friday Avenue.neighborhood.
