The developer c�ill be required to make <br />improvements to the public rights-of-way in conjunetion witlt the development. <br />City Code 13.1G.050 (F) requirea all vchicle access to developments Prom the alley� if <br />alley access is available. The Cod� further provides that City Council may grant variances <br />from the Code if it can be shown that (1) peculiar physical conditions e:cist, (2) the <br />request is not against the public internst, (3) �vill not adversely affect adjacent properties,, <br />and (4) will be an unnecessary hardsh.i.p on the applicant.
