Anproval of <br />the plan must include the following: <br />1) All kitchen (including restroom) floors shall be <br />renaired as needed and the floor covering shall be <br />water impervious, grease resistant, easily cleanable, <br />smooth, safe and durabie. Tt is understood the <br />baking area �s to Ue slieet vinyl and the serving <br />area tile. A good grade of sheet vinyl is good • <br />covering for all floors. <br />2) All floor-wall junctures shall be coved and the ' <br />�loor covering wra;�oed up the wall a few inches or <br />the junctures sha11 be sealed with some acceptable <br />type of mop board. <br />3) All walls shall be smooth, nonaUsorbent, and easily <br />cleanable. It is st-rongly suggesled that the walls <br />subject to moisture or much washing, like behind <br />the comrartmented sink and the glazer., be covered <br />with durable mat'erial such as fiberglass laminate <br />or Formica laminate. <br />4) <br />5) <br />All counters and shclving sha11 be smooth and washable. <br />All light tubes and bulbs, in equipment or otherwise, <br />shall have nrotective cover. <br />6) 13oth hand wash stations (kitrhen hand sink and rest- <br />room lavatory) shall have convenient s�ngle-use hand <br />cleaner ar,i towel dispensers. � <br />7) Thc� kitchen hand sink shall be a separate wall-hung <br />unit---not a counter drop-in sink, <br />�' <br />
