Plan Review - Westernco's DonuC House, Everett <br />Page 2 <br />August 17, 1982 <br />8) All equipment shall be N.S.F. or iCs equal. <br />9) The compartmented sink must be N.S.F. with integral drainb�ards <br />and it must be indirectly connected to sewer. <br />10) If there is a drain from the refrigerated storage, it shall not <br />be directly connected to sewer. <br />11) Proofer shall be N.S.r. or equal and shall not be constructed <br />of wood. <br />12) The back 3oor shall be equipped with tight-fitting, self- <br />closing scxeen door. � <br />13) Restr.00m must have mechanical exhaust to outside <br />14) Theze shall be provided adequate and suitable garUage containers <br />with tight l�ds. <br />15) It is very desirable that the mop sink be floor mounted or as <br />r.ear the floor as possible and, of course, it must have hot <br />and cold water hose bibs. <br />15) The refrigerating unit need not be removed from walk-in to make <br />�t acceptable dry storage. <br />17) There needs to be a specific provision for employee street• <br />clothes and perscnal items so they will not be left at random. <br />This could be in the dry storage or restroom. <br />18) Restrooms available to the public must meet code standards---walls, <br />floors, ventilation, etc.---and musC be regularly serviced, <br />maintained, and kent clean. <br />19) liooding for the deep grease fryer must meet fire code require- <br />� ments attd must have removable slant-mounted filters or baffl.es. <br />This plan review is made with the premise that the estaUlishment is <br />to be for production and retail sale of donut products---a Uahery <br />operation not a restaurant. <br />Any signi_f.icant change or deviat:on from this ulan must Ue clerired <br />with Snohomish Health District before the change is made. <br />Before an operating permit cai: be issued, inspection must reveal <br />no �ood code violations. Please advise thi� office when ready for <br />that insnection. <br />The charge for plan review is $25.00 per hour. Your charge is ^�i <br />thr�e hours, $75.00.
