It is important fo us and to our customers that the public <br /> water system delivers high qualily potable water in ail cases. <br /> City of Everelt records indicate lhat this building is served by a 4-inch single check-valve. A double check <br /> detector is required by the State of Washington Por commercial fire services. To comply with state <br /> requirements, the ciry requires the upgrade of the single check-valve lo a double check defector <br /> assembly when the commercial building sprinkler system is modified fhrough the dty permit process. <br /> Please be advised tliat lhe ciry requires this upgrade as a part oF buildir�g or sprinkler permit appiication <br /> for lhe portion oP lhe building served by the current single check vaive. <br /> As the owner of lhis assembly, you are required to mainfain it and improve it as necessary.
