It is important fo us and to our customers that the public water system delivers high qualily potable water in ail cases. City of Everelt records indicate lhat this building is served by a 4-inch single check-valve. A double check detector is required by the State of Washington Por commercial fire services. To comply with state requirements, the ciry requires the upgrade of the single check-valve lo a double check defector assembly when the commercial building sprinkler system is modified fhrough the dty permit process. Please be advised tliat lhe ciry requires this upgrade as a part oF buildir�g or sprinkler permit appiication for lhe portion oP lhe building served by the current single check vaive. As the owner of lhis assembly, you are required to mainfain it and improve it as necessary.
