MMhod of Pavment. <br /> A. To obtain paymeat, the Contractor shall (a) file its request for paymen4 accompanied by <br /> e�•idence sausfactory to the City justifying the request for paymenr, (b) submit a report of Work <br /> ( accomplished and hours of all tazks completed; (c) to thc extent teimbu[sement of Eligible Expenses is <br /> sought,submit itemization of such expenses and,if requested by the Ciry,copies of receipts and invoices; <br /> and(d)comply with all applicable provisions o!this Agreement. Conhactor shall be paid no morc often <br /> than once every thitty days. <br /> B. Soid information shall be subject ro review by the <br /> Ciry,and if found to be unacceptable,Contractor shall cormt and deliver to the City any deficiene Work <br /> at ContracroPs ezponso with all pracdcal dispatch. Contracror shall abide by the City's detecminations <br /> concertting acceptability of Work. <br /> 7. Terminadon of Contract. City reserves the right to tecminate this Agreement at any time by <br /> scnding written notice of temtinadon ro Contracror ("Notice"). The Notice shall specify a tetmination <br /> date("Temtination Date")at least fourteen (14)deys after the date che Notice is issued.The Notice shall <br /> be effecdve("Nodce Date") upon 1he earlier of either actual rcceipt by Cootractor(whether by fu, mail, <br /> delfvery or other method reazonably calculated te be received by Contractor in a masonably prompt <br /> mnnr.er) or threc calendar days nfter issuance of the Nouce.
