Best Company and which are acceptablc to the City. 1. Workers' Comoensation Insurance as requircd by Wuhington law and Emnlover's Liabilitv Insurance with limits not las chan SI,000,000 per occurtence. If the City authorizes sublct work, che Contractor shall require cach subcontractor to provide Workets' Compensation Insurance for its employces,unless the Contractor covers such employecs. 2. Commercial General Liabilitv Insurance on an occutrence basis in an amount not less than 51,000,000 per occurrence and et least 52,000,00p in the:.mual aggregate,including but not limited to: prcmisWoperations (including off-site operations), blenket contracmal liabiliry and broad fonn property damage. 3. Business Automobile Liabilitv Insurance in an amount not leu than 51,000,000 per occuettnce,extending to any automobile. A statement certifying that no vehide will be used in accomplishing this Agreement may be substituted for this insurance requiremenL 4. Professional Enors and Omissions ins��ran�g in an amount not less than E1,000,000 per occucrence and 51,000,000 in the annual aggregate. Prior to the Contractor pcdomvng any Work, Conaacta shall provide the Ciry with a Certificate of Insurance ncccptablc to the City Attomey evidencing the above-required insurance and naming thc City of Everett,its officers, cmployees and agents as Additional Insuieds on the Commercial General Liability Insurance policy and the Business Automobile Liability Insurance policy with respect to the operations perCortned a��d servicu provided under this Agteement and that such insurance shall apply a5 ptimary inserance on behalf af such Additionel Insureds. Rcceipt by the City of any certiflcate showing Iess coverage tnan required is not a waiver of the Conaacror's ob6gations to fulfill the requimments. E. If the policy listed in pazagraph 11.A.4. above,Professional Emors and Omissions insurance,is on a claims made policy fortn, the rctroacdve date on the policy shall be the effecave daee of this Agrccment or prior. The retroactive date of any subsequent renewal of such policy shall be the same as the original policy provided. The extended reporting or discovery period on a claims made policy form shall not be less than 36 months following ezpiration of the policy.
