Upon compfetion of abatement activiry, the <br /> Contractor must notify the Knebel G�mpany,via Eax transmission,24 hours prior to neaiing <br /> inspection and clearance monitoring services. If the abatement of asbestos containing materials <br /> is complete,and the site passes inspection per ASTM Standard E1368-99,(Stanaazd Practice for <br /> Visual Inspection of Asbestos Abatement Projects),the Knebel Company representative will <br /> ;.ollect and analyze clearance samples.Samples will be analyzed using Phase Contrast <br /> Microscopy,Method 7400.If Lhe abatement of the site is incotnplete,the Knebel Company <br /> reprcsentative will document the deficiencies,notify the Owner,and the Contractor will nad to <br /> reschedule for an additional inspectian. Abatement site inspecdon and air monitoring services <br /> costs are as follows: <br /> 24 eight hour shifts L 5550.00 per shifr $13,200.00 <br /> Each eight-hour shift includes collection and analysis of 12 PCM samples.Samplcs over the <br /> � inclusive 12 will be at a ratc of 510.00 per sample. <br /> A. Cooperation/Coordination with Owners Monitoring Technlcian. <br /> 1. Owner's Monitoring Technician shall have access to tF►e work et all times and at all <br /> locations where work is in progress.
