The project will be owned and operated by the Everett Housing
Authority. The City's $2 million dollar inves:ment and the community support of the
project makes its construction a priority of the administration. The project has been
put on a ver fast-track schedule to insure that we meet critical federal funding
deadlines.
Joe Koziovski has been assigned the primary responsibility within the City
Administration to coordinate the City's input into the construction of the senior
housing with the Everett Housing Authority. The Everet: Housing Authority has had
no recent experience in a major construction project such as the senior housing
project and so, the City through Joe Kozlovski, will help.
, Attached is a PERT Flow Chart which has been created to outline the time schedule
and tasks to be accomplished. The time schedule must be followed and construction
must start by mid-September. There is very little room for error or delay. The
following has been accomplished to date:
A.
