The building is non-conforming in regards to parking. A Non-Conforming Building Cenificate <br /> (N00-001) has been processed for tbi; site which identified that 25 pazking spaces were required <br /> for the 123-bed Bethany Nursing 1'�me facility. FIowever, there are only 13 on-site parking <br /> spaces available for the building and a shortfall of 12 on-site pazking spaces exists. The applicant is creating a new pazking area across tiie alley <br /> immediately west of th�: building to meet the additional parking needs. However, the site for <br /> the new parking area i:� zoned R-4 Multiple Family Residential and may only be used for the <br /> residential activities within the building.
