A Parking Covenant which specifies the parking arrangements as outlined in condition Nl above <br /> must be recorded with the Snohomi�h County Auditor's o�ce for both properties. A copy of the recorded covenant must be prov►ded to the the City of Everett Planoing and <br /> Communiry Development Department. <br /> 3. Building and Public Works permits are required for the new pazking area. The additional <br /> required parking azea must be paved and landscaped in accordance with City Design and <br /> Construction Standazds and Zoning Code requirements. <br /> 4. Fire Hydrants - Locations as shown on the site plan are acceptable. <br /> 10. Portable Fire Protection- A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of <br /> 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during <br /> constr�ction and prior to occupancy. <br /> 11. Kitchens - Install a fire extinguisher with a U.L. "K" rating within 30 ;eet of the grill and deep <br /> fryers. <br /> 12.
