A landscape strip a minimum of <br /> five feet wide must be pmvided along the north pmperty line. A minimum of 875 square fcet of <br /> landscaping shall be provided in the interior of the pazking lot for the 50 parking spaces. Landscape <br /> areas must be planted and located per Section 35.080E of the Zoning Code.
