11. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legibl� from the access mad. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the access mad. Numbers shall be a min.bnum oj6 inehes in height and 3 inches in width. 12. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every swcture. Location of the hydrant(s) shall be approved by the'rire Marshal. 13. Fire Flow -Fire flow requirements for this structure aze 1,500 gpm. 14. Portable Fire Protection - A portable fire extinguisher with a min�mum U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C _ shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during conswction and prior to occupancy. I5. Fire Alartn System - An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided as required by Ciry Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16J6, of the Everett Municipal Code. Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to installation. Submittal shall includw cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, wimessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be perfortned, along with a certificate of completion, prior to final ace;eptance of the system. Fire alartn systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. Fire alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the Ciry of Everett Building Department. Fire Suppression (Sarinkler) System - An approved automatic suppression system .hall be provided as required by Ciry Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. Plans for any such system shall be submitted to the Building Department and the Everett Fire Department for examination and approval. Such plans shall include plans for the underground mains that will supply the sprinkler system, Aboveground sprinkler piping shall be hydrostatically tested as established in NFPA Standard 13. Underground piping shall be hydrostatically tested and flushed as established in NFPA Standard 24 for private fire mains. All such tests shall be wimessed by a Fire Department inspector. Trash Collection - Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capar.iry shall be located a minimum of 5 feet from the building [UFC 1103.2.2, 1997 Edition]. 19. A pedestrian circulation system for the site must be approved by the Planning Director and Traffir, Engineer prior to the issuance of any building permits. Walkways must allow pedestrians and wheelchairs to gain easy access from sidewalks and bus srops to building entrances through the use of paths which are physically separated from vehide traffic and maneuvering areas.
