PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS <br /> AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL F3E IN SERVICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF <br /> CONSTRUCTION. <br /> 16. A permit is required from the Fire Department for places of assemblv. <br /> 20. The use of the building is limited to tavern and consumer services. Everett Municipal Code <br /> Section 19.04.020 defines Consumer Services as "a business or occupation which is performed <br /> primanly oK-sife and can include services such as pest-control, chimney sweep, carpet <br /> cleaning, contractors,janitorial, and landscaping.
