The first part of the plan shall contain n description of the faciliry includine the owmer's name and <br /> address,the nature of the faciliry activity,and the general qPes of chemicals used in the facility. <br /> 2. The plan shall contain a site plan showing the location of storagc arcas for chemicals, the locations of <br /> storm drains, and the direction of slopes to�aards those drains, and the location and description of any <br /> devices to stop spills from leaving the sire such as positive control valves. <br /> 3. Thc plan shall describe notification procedures to be used in thc cvent of u spill,such as kcy personnel <br /> and outside agencies. The Ciry of Everett Public Works Department and DOE shall be notified <br /> immedintely if the spill may rcach surCace w•aters or sanitary or stomi sewers.
