Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fre). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 Intemational Building Code,) (2009 Intemational Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be neaessary bo <br /> provide the Building Division with two new oomplete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Construction, projections, openings and penetrations of exterior walls of dwellings and <br /> accessory buildings shall comply with Table R302.1 IRC (Projections require one-hour <br /> fire resistive construcGon on the underside if less than 5 feet from the property line). <br /> 2. The zoning code restricts projections in the side yard setback to a maximum of 18". The <br /> fireplace roof overhang is not clearly defined in the construction drawings. Please <br /> clarify. I <br /> 3. Show all proposed retaining walis on elevation drawings and on the site plan. <br /> 4. Bollard in yarage shall be located such that a vehicle cannot impact appliances installed <br /> in the garege. <br /> 5. The area of floor used for arP ki�4 of automobiles or other vehicles shall be sloped to <br /> facilitate the movement of liquids to a drein toward Yhe main vehicle entry doorway. <br /> 6. Below grade walls that retain earth and enclose interior spaces and floors below grade <br /> shall be damp-proofed from the top of the foobing to the finished grade.
