Conwttation <br /> with the Ci[y of Everett's Flanning and Community Development s[aff is <br /> recommended to determine the scope ol this type of application. <br /> Use of This Report <br /> TMs Critical Area Reconnaissance Report is supplied to Robert Halverson as a <br /> means of determining on•site wetland and stream conditions. This report is based <br /> largely on readily observab;e conditions and, to a lesser extent, on readily <br /> ascertainable conditions. No attempt has been made to determine hidden or <br /> concealed conditions.
