Concluaien: All conditions of 18.44.210(0) have been met• <br /> I RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE <br /> Approve an easement access as requeated by the applicant vith the following <br /> conditione: <br /> 1. The easement is only effective when final approval has been granted to <br /> Short Subdivisicn 111-85. All conditions of that ehort subdivision must <br /> be met. <br /> 2. The effective easement width shall not be lesa than 20'. <br /> I 3. The applicant muet provide an easement document that is accentable to <br /> the City setting forth the method and responsibility for matntenance of <br /> easement accesa area providing perpetual accesa to all lote in the <br /> ahort plat. This easement muet be a non-exclusive easement. <br /> -2- <br />
