Also <br /> i�.i attenda�ce were Ramona Hoylan, Marie Sullivan, Frank Bennett and Everett <br /> Miller. <br /> ITEM 7 <br /> Applicant: Dawid Branvola <br /> Variance Reauest: p request to build a Single Family Resiaence M!th a <br /> 10 foot front yard setback and 6 foot rear yard <br /> setback. <br /> Location: 5902 BroadHay <br /> Zoning: R-1 � <br /> Don Wood summarized the staff report and ahowed a viewfoil of the proposal. <br /> In response to questions from the Board he added that the lot xas a legal <br /> nonconforming iot and the proposed front yard setback would be consistent with <br /> otner property in the area. <br /> The applicant had nothing fur�her to add and no one else spoke for or against <br /> the proposal. <br /> Ms. Boylan moved to grant the variance as recommended by staff with the <br /> condition that meet all Building Department requirements and secure all proper <br /> City Nermits. Mr. Miller seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: The vote was unanimous to GRANT THE VARIANCE. <br /> ITEM 2 <br /> Applicant: James Leettola <br /> 5010 Aliki Dr+ve <br /> Everett, WA <br /> Variance Request: A request to build a single family dwelling that <br /> would be 40' from center line of the street instead <br /> of 55' . <br /> Location: 5010 Aliki <br /> Zoning: A-S <br />
