DECISION: The Planning Director has approved a change of nonconforming use for the property at 6324 <br /> Broadway Avenue as an office with the following conditions: <br /> • Any permits necessary for the proposal are to be obtained by the applicant prior to operallon of the business. <br /> Right to Appeal: The applicant or an owner of property located adjacent to the subject property may appeal the <br /> Planning Director's determination as to whether or not the proposal should be permitted.
