1►GREEHENT GRANTING EASBI�NT <br />This Agreement made and entered into between cireat Northwest <br />Conatructioa Compeny, Inc., hereinafter referred tc. as "Ccmpany," <br />and Wanita A. Curnett , iiereinafter referred to as <br />"�rantor r " <br />M I T N E 6 6 E T H: <br />RECITALS <br />A. Company is acquiring that certain real property which is <br />more legally described on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth fully. <br />B. Curnett is the owner of en adjacent parcel of <br />property over which an easement is to pase. Curnett 's <br />parcel of property is more legally described on Exhibit "8" which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ae <br />if set forth fully. <br />C. Company is in need of acquiring an easement for certain <br />purposee over and across Curnett _ 's property. <br />Curnett is willing to grant that easement under certain <br />terms and conditions. <br />Now, t•herefore, in consideration of the mutual promises, <br />conditions, and covenants contained herein, the parties enter <br />into the following: <br />AGREEMENT AND fiRANT OF EASEMENT <br />1.
