Included in this easement <br />will be the right for the Company or its successors to reasonably <br />enter onto the property to make any repaire to either the water <br />or sewer line, provided that d�iring either such installation or <br />repair Company or its succeseors will resod any grass removed, <br />will not cut down any live trees upon the easement, and, after <br />any repairs, return the soil to the original soil contour and to <br />resod the soil properly. <br />3. Monetary Consideration. For and in consideration of the <br />grant of the easement, the Company has paid to the seller the sum <br />of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500), the receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged. <br />4. Cost of Mainter.ance.
