PERFORMANCE BONDING <br />A performance bond or other assurance device shall be provided to the City of [verett for <br />the period of five years fron� the completion of the project, in the amount of 90% of the <br />estimated cost for plant material and labor. This bond shall be released at the end of five <br />years, upon a successful determination by the City of Everett for all portions of this <br />mitigation project.
