This change will be noted on the <br />Public Works permit authorizing the timber harvest. <br />Please note aiso that a performance assurance device (bond or cash set-aside) must be posted with the Planning <br />Department prior to permit issuance. The amount of the assurance device must be 120 percent of the cost of materials <br />and labor, which would be $5,640, based on estimate figures in the Site Analvsis. I have attached the appropriate City <br />Forms. Please also note we will not be requesting a five-year maintenance bond, as long as an inspection and written <br />compiiance report is provided by the biologist Following installation of replacement plantings.
