Use Permit <br />I1/6/79 Ben Holt called to confirm his intent to comply with City requirements and <br />requested continued patience until summer of 1980 to allow him time to get financing <br />for the work. Hydrants are now satisfactory. <br />5/20/81 Ben Holt called Larry Crawford complaining that Certificate of Occupancy <br />(C.O.) has not been issued. <br />5/22/81 Ben Holt called to check status of C.O. <br />6/8/81 Memo to Ben Holt regarding need for P.O.A. prior to issuance of <br />Occupancy Permit. <br />6/10/81 Meeting with Ben Holt and his attorney - they indicated that they <br />will write letter regarding why they should get a C.O.
