The inspection <br />noted conditions existing on the property that are in violation of the Everett Municipal Code (EMC). <br />1. Description of Violation <br />EMC 19.36.170(A)(2) Sign category requirements. Freestanding Signs. <br />(a) One freestanding sign is permitted per lot for each three hundred feet of street frontage or <br />fraction thereof, provided that no more than four freestanding signs shall be permitted. <br />(b) The maximum sign area shall be seventy-five square feet. plus an additional twenty-five <br />square feet ter each additional business on a lot having more than one business, up to a <br />maximum area of one hundred fifty square feet. <br />(d) On lots where more than one freestanding sign is penmitted, the sign area permitted for each <br />sign may be combined if installed on one sign stntcture, provided that the maximum sign <br />area permitted shall not exceed three hundred square feet. <br />I. The conditions of approval of Your sign nennit (S0202-015) required that You remove two <br />previously-constnucted signs. To date onh, one of those signs has been removed (the north <br />sign remains), which places you in violation of the pemlit conditions. <br />EMC 19.36.030(A) prohibited signs. Signs or sign stntctures, which by coloring, shape, working <br />or location resemble or conflict with traffic control signs or devices. <br />2. The remaining sign at the north closely resembles a traffic control (stop) sign. <br />II. Corrective Action Required <br />To eliminate this violation, you must: <br />1.
