Corrective Action must be fully completed on or before February 5, 2003. <br />You may avoid the hearing described in Section Ill if you: <br />I . Fully complete the corrective action by the above date, AND, <br />2. Contact the Code Compliance Department at (425) 257-8680, on or before February 5, <br />2003 and advise the officer noted below that the corrective actions have been completed, <br />AND. <br />3. Receive confinnation from the officer noted below that the violations have been successfully <br />corrected to the Citys satisfaction. <br />Ill. Hearin <br />If you do not fully complete the corrective action by the above date, or if you wish to contest the <br />violation citation, you must appear at the hearing date set forth below. <br />You are scheduled to appear before the Violations I]caring Examiner on: <br />I TEARING DATE: Thursday, February 13, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. at <br />LOCATION: City of Everett Violations Hearing Room <br />Wall Street Building <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-C <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />IV. Penalty: <br />If you fail to complete the Corrective Action by the date required or appear at the hearing, the <br />hearing examiner may issue an Order that may include some or all of the follopcing: <br />(1) A requirement that the violation(s) described in Section 1 be corrected within a certain <br />lime period. <br />(2) A fine in an amount of up to Five Hundred Dollars (S500.00). <br />(3) Authorization for the City or its designated agent to take corrective action and assess all <br />costs of the corrective action against the owner of the property. <br />Also, violation of the terms of a hearing examiner's order is a misdemeanor offense. <br />If you have any questions about this violation citation or about what you must do to avoid penalties, <br />please call me at (425) 257-8680.
