14. The options for stom water treatment tor this projec: are: <br />a) a wetpond <br />b) a cunstructed wetland <br />1�. All storm water facilities shall be designed in accordance with City standards. <br />16. The discharge location for stonn water runofi from this site is the I-5 right-of-way. The applicant wi�l <br />tre required to obtain permission from the Wasr�ington State Department of Transportation for the <br />discharge of the site's storm water. The site pian does not appear to have adequate access for <br />maintenance of the storm drainage system. <br />17. The State Departmert of Transportation requests this development to submit a hydraulic analysis to <br />cover any possible impacts to SR S. <br />18. The driveway must be 24 feet wide from Broadway to the garage. <br />19. The right-of-way area from the pavement edge of Broadway to the property must be graded at no <br />more than a 2% slope. <br />20. Full standards half street improvements are required to Broadway including, but not limited to, curb, <br />gutter, sidewalk, street widening and drainage control. In lieu of the installation of these <br />improvements, a fee may be paid to the arr.a wide street pedestrian fund. <br />21. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br />22. When access to or wilhin a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured openings or <br />where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fighting purposes, the Fire Department <br />may recommend or require a key box �o be instalied in an accessible location. A rapid entry system <br />may a!so be desirable in order to avoid unnecessary damage while making entry to any building <br />during an emergency situation. <br />Please call (425) 257-8123 for further information. <br />23. Fire lanes shal; be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall be <br />identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and vertical signs <br />stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOV�1 AWAY ZONE." Location shall be approved by the Fire <br />Marshat. <br />24. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the co�rect address at the street entry. <br />Huildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Individual <br />apartments and suites, where applicatle, shall be ciearly and legibly identified from the access road. <br />25. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every structure. <br />Location of the h�•drant(s) shail be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />26. Fire Flow - Fire (low requirements for lhis structure are 1,500 gpm. <br />27. Portable Fire Protection - A poRable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C shall <br />be provided within 75 feet of travei on all floors of each building during construction and prior to <br />occupancy. <br />1 ,G <br />
