FINDINGS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HEARlNG EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE NIATTER OF THE APPLICATIOIv OF <br />VOICESTREAM WIRELESS FOR APPROVAL SPU #00-004 <br />OF A SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT <br />DECISION: The Special Property Use Permit for the <br />constroction of a 59 foot high ateel <br />monopole with wireless communication <br />antennas at 8215 Broadway Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington, is granted subject to <br />tho conditions as set forth herein. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />VoiceStream Wireless (Applicant), 19807 North Creek Parkway North, Suite <br />101, Bothell, Washington 98011, requested approval of a Special Property Use <br />Permit for the construction of a 59 foot high steel monopole that wiil support <br />wireless communication antennas. The project ?ncludes construction of an <br />equipment shelter and secunty fencing. The property is located at 821 � <br />Broadway Avenue, Everett, Washington (subject property). <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of <br />Everett on April 27, 2000.
