3. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings consistent <br />with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the P��blic <br />Works Department showing site paricing layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br />drainage, lemporary construction erosion conlrol, and all required improvemenis <br />in ihe public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of ihese drawings <br />is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br />compleled, approved, and warranted be(ore the Occupancy Permit is issued/final <br />approval is granted. <br />4. Parking shall be per City Zoning Code and Ciry Design and Construction <br />Standards for Development. Provide at least two ADA-Compliant handicapped <br />parking spaces. <br />5, Development and construction must comply wilh the current Cily of Everetl <br />Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. A building permit is required. <br />6. Before the City of Evere!t approves any construction pians, the Applicant, and/or <br />iis agenls, must demonstrate that all pertinent City and State of Washinglon <br />standards and rec�ulations are met. <br />7. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public <br />VJorks Inspeclor. <br />Access as depicied on the reviewed siie plan is acceptable. Any changes to <br />access are subject to furiher review. <br />9. Fire I•I drants - Locations as planned are acceptable. <br />10. Portable Fire Protection - A portahle fire extinguisher wtiih a minimum U.L ;ating <br />�f 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided wilhin 75 feei of travel on a�l tloors of each <br />building r,'uring construction and prior io occuparcy. <br />11. Kitchens - Instali a K-type fire extinguisher within 30 feet uf Ihe grill and deep <br />fryers. <br />12. Fire Alarm Svstem - An approved automatic fire detection system shall be <br />provided as required by City Ordinance No. 3021-07, Chapter 16.76, of the <br />Everett Municipal Code. Plans for such system shall be submitted to lhe Fire <br />Code Official for review and approval prior to installation. Submittal shall include <br />cut sheeis of all equipment intended tor use. Appropriate trip lesls, witnessed by <br />a Fire Department I�spector, shall be periormed, along with a certificate of <br />completion, prior to finai acceptance of lhe syslem. Fire alarm syslems shall be <br />installed according to NFPA Chapter 72.
