C, <br />9. A bus stop pad is required per City Standards. <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br />1. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br />2. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address <br />at the street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and <br />legible from the access road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, <br />shall be clearly and legibly identified from. the access road. See EMC 16.03, <br />Section 505.1.1 (Address Posting Policy). <br />6-inch building numbers shall be used. <br />3, Fire Hydrants - Locations as planned are acceptable. <br />4. Fire flow for this project is 1,500 gpm. <br />5. Portable Fire Protection -A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.I.. rating <br />of 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each <br />building during construction and prior to occupancy. <br />6. Trasb Cole i n - Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a <br />minimum of 5 feet from Ote building (IFC 304.3.3 and 304.3.4, 2012 Edition). <br />Dumpster location as shown on plans is acceptable. <br />Plan ninglZonine Requirements: <br />1. Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Table 34-1 in Chapter 34 of the zoning <br />code. A rninimunt of 19 off-street parking spaces are required for the 1,920 square foot <br />restaurant buildutg. <br />2. The sidewalk pattern shall carry across the driveway. <br />3. Pedestrian -scale lighting, a maximum of eighteen feel tall, shall be used to define pedestrian <br />walkways and connections within parking lots and between buildings. <br />4. All lighting shall be shielded from the sky and adjacent properties and structures, either with <br />exterior shields or optics within the fixture. <br />5. Omamental or decorative accent lighting fixtures should be used to highlight building and <br />site entrances and special landscape features. <br />6. Pedestrian connections shall be provided: <br />a. Between a public right-of-way and building entrances when buildings arc not located <br />directly adjacent to the sidewalk; <br />
