Would it be possible to revise the assigned buiiding address of 909 North Broadway on <br />all drawing sheets? Reprinting is not necessary if marked up by hand on sets originally <br />submitted with permit application. Multiple addresses in permit records can create <br />referencing problems. <br />Yes, we are changing the address on all sheets to 909 North Broadway. Thank you for <br />darifying the site address for us. <br />��2. If your client has a financial need to defer the'tenant improvement' of the mezzanine, <br />please revise the drewing titles from 'mechanical meuanine' or'second Floor' to <br />'mezzanine', and show a bubble and target that area on the drawings as being'sheil <br />construction only (deferred permit for tenant improvement)'. <br />Tlie revised draavings clearly indicate that the mezzanine is subject to a deferred permit <br />for Tenant Improvements. <br />✓3. For consistency within the drawing sets, please revise the architectural plan drawings as <br />follows: <br />a. Please indicate all new work under permit with dark lines. <br />b. With the exception of furniture and finishes, existing work not under permit <br />should be indicated as light lines: reference sheet AD2.1 and other Floor plans <br />with existing exterior walis. <br />c. Demolition work should be indicated with dashed lines. <br />Requested tlarity is included with the resubmittal drawings <br />,� 4.
