I <br />��t�� ��. <br />Dear Mr. Osborn, <br />You are advised that this is an incomplete submittal. Plan review will resume when the <br />requested information is submitted. Additional comments may be necessary before a permit <br />can be issued. Please review and respond to the comments below. All required submittals must <br />be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed <br />in compliance with all adopted codes, with rivo sets of drawings submitted for revisions. <br />General � o � <br />✓ 1. Would it be possible to revise the assigned building address of,l-0�1 North Broadway on <br />all drawing sheets? Reprinting is not necessary if marked up by hand on sets originally <br />submitted with permit application. Multiple addresses in permit records car create <br />referencing problems. <br />�2. If your client has a financial need to defer the'tenant improvement' of the meuanine, <br />please revise the drewing titles from'mechanical mezzanine' or'second Floor' to <br />'mezzanine', and show a bubble and target that area on the drawings as being'shell <br />construction only (deferred permit for tenant improvement)'. <br />�3. For consistency wi[hin the drawing sets, please revise the architedural plan drewings as <br />follows: <br />a. Please indicate all new work under permit with dark lines. <br />b. With the exception of furniture and finishes, existing work not under permit <br />should be indicated as light lines: reference sheet AD2.1 and other Floor plans <br />with existing exterior walis. <br />c. Demolition work should be indicated with dashed lines. <br />'�4. New work, such as toilet rooms and break areas, should be referenced to additional <br />detail drawings on the plans: reference sheet A2.0. <br />� F EN(LEp 5. Although the mechanical drawings were submitted, a mechanical permit application has <br />not yet been submitted and is required prior to review. <br />
