Pagc 2 of 4
Please see the attached proposed GA design for the horizontal assembly portion of the 1 hr. assembly for the Large Conference
Room. I have discussed this wiih the contractor, so this is they assembly he would like to plan for Hope this is O.K.
Thanks.
Devin
From: Meg Haley [mailto:MHaley@ci.everett.wa.us]
Sent: Thursday, July 27, 2006 1:49 PM
To: Devin Saylor
Cc: Tony Lee
Sutrject: RE: Providence Everett Medical Center B0607-003
Devin,
Sure, that will werk. The building permit stamp will exclude the approval of MEP drawings, so they really don't need to be
included in the set at this time. Just give me a call when you have dropped off the drawings at the counter (Ieave a messaae ii 1
am out of the office), and I will expedite the processing on my end.
Thanks,
Meg
Plans Examiner, City of Everelt
425-257-8813
925-257-8856 /ax
From: Devin Saylor [mailto:devin@bnharch.com]
Sent: Thursday, July 27, 2006 1:34 PM
To: Meg Haley
Subject: RE: Providence Everett Medical Center B0607-003
Hi Meg,
I have a question regarding what would be acceptable for resubmittal in regards to the questioned future hallway. The hospital
has decided that they would like to include a portion of the exit hallway in the permit now. The extent would be the option I
described to you yesterday. With the build out of the hallway the future exit door would be cut in, a new ceiling would be installed,
new lighting would be installed w/emergency egress lighting and exit signage and HVAC would be ducted in.
In the essence oi time, short of going back and having all of the mechanical and electrical drawings redone, would it be
acceptable to show, on the overall building plan, the hallway walls and exit doors and then add a sort of contractor bidder
designed note indicating that they are ro install a new ceiling, lighting w/emergency egress lighting, exit signage and HVAC?
Just let me know.
Thanks.
Devin
From: Meg Haley [mailto:MHaley@ci.everett.wa.usJ
Sent: Wednesday, July 26, 2006 3:29 PM
To: Meg Haley; Devin Saylor
Cr.
