From May 1 <br /> to September 30, no soil may remain exposed for moro then 7 days. � <br /> • Materials,equipment, end other resources shall be on eite at all time�, in adequate quentities <br /> to immediately stabilize ell soil. <br /> • Denuded areas shall be covered by mulch, sod,pfastic, or other BMP's as per the City of <br /> Everett's Stormwater Manegement manual. <br /> • Soil stockpiles ehell be stabilized or protected with sediment retention BMPe within 24 hours <br /> of formation to prevent soil loss. <br /> • Grading and construction ahall be timed and conducted in atages to minimize soil expowre. <br /> • The contractor shell establish a permanent vegetative ground cover to control soil erosion <br /> and to survive severe weather conditions on all ereas of land disturbance not otherwiae <br /> permanently stabilized by impervious surfeces or other means. <br /> • The contractor ahall maintain and repair as necessary all temporary and permanent erosion <br /> and sedimentation wntrol BMPe to assure their continued performancc through consttuction <br /> ecceptance and extending to the rclease of all associeted warranty security and maintenance <br /> security. <br /> • Before performing any grading or clearing,the contrector ahall mark,in the field,the limita <br /> of all proposed clearing and grading,critical areas and their butl'ers, trees to be retained, and <br /> drainage courses. <br /> • The contractor shsll protect storni sewer inleta receiving storm weter runoffduring <br /> construction so that water will not enter the inlet without firet being filtered or otherwise <br /> treated to minimize the amount of sediment entering the inlet. <br /> • The contractor shall route storm water runoff from diaturbed areas of the site through <br /> sediment ponds,traps or other sediment retention BMPa prior to discharge from the aite. The <br /> BMPs shall be installed aa the firot step in grading, and ahall be in operetion beforo eny other <br /> site disturbance occura <br /> • The wntractor shall preserve a vegeteted buffer strip er�und the lower perimeter of the site. <br /> • The contractor ahall design and construct temporary and permanent BMPs edequate to <br /> prevent erosion of outlets,adjacent atream banks, slopes and downstream reachea. <br /> • The contractor shall implement fully the erosion and sedimentation control plan et Wach stage <br /> of site development. <br /> • <br />
