The property ia to be resur.veyed to reestablish the proper <br /> lot lines before any construction begins. <br /> 2 . There will be 6" curbs on each side of the driveway. <br /> Mr. Phillip McAllister and Mrs. Jean Pedigo were two of the neighbore <br /> 'chat were opposed to the granting of tF;e variance. Their reasons were <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. There is not enough room for a twenty (20) foot driveway <br /> � on the soutli aide of the property. <br /> 2. Large lota dominate the area and the neighbors would like <br /> � to keep it that way. <br /> 3. Thia ie a dangerous corner and it is feared that building <br /> � duplexes will interfere with the oight clearance. <br /> IAfter visually viewing the subject property and considering all the <br /> facts and teatimony the chairman asked for a vote from the Doard. <br /> Mr. Black and Mr. Kristiansen voted for and Mr. Llerg voted against <br /> the granting of the variance. 9y majority the var. iance was granted <br /> and determined that it meets all the requirementa of Section 10 .70.060 <br /> Paragraphs 1,2, 3, and 4 . <br /> As a condition to the granting of this variance the f.ollowing <br /> atipulation was made: <br /> 1. A aurvey is to be provided prior to the issuance of any <br /> building permit to estab.lish that in fact there does exist <br /> twenty-three (23) feet from the face of the fireplace to <br /> the south property line. <br /> A hearing was held on the application of Anthony Martinis , PO IIox 5352, <br /> Everett, WA 38206 for a variance from Section 19. 16.030 of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code, Minimum Lot Size and Width for permission to construct <br /> a duplex on a lot with 7 ,200 square feet of land area rather than the <br /> code requirement of 7 , 500 square feet. <br /> (Z) <br />
