Celia Strong of Public Works stated the public works department prefers 5 � 10 feet off street parkinq stalls rather than four (4) standard and two (2) substandard parking spaces. IThere was no opposition from the audience. After visually viewing the subject property and hearing all the facts, it was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by Mr. Wilson and unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meets all the require.ments of Section 19. 70. 060 of the Everett Municipal Code, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, & 4 . The one stipulation to the granting of the variance is 5-10 feet off strc�r_t parking stalls be provided as per the submitted plan.
