Replace the <br /> rotted rim joiat and sill plate under the front wall. <br /> Cut back the rotCed floor joists in the same area and <br /> scab on matching joists to extend out over the aill. <br /> Open the living room floor up on the nocth side of the <br /> fireplace, removing existing trap dooc . Remove dirt <br /> lhrough these and other available openings lowecing the <br /> crawl space dirt to at least 18" below the bottoma of <br /> the floor joists. Dirt to be spread over the ccawl <br /> space under khe rear addition, building up ground at <br /> least 8". Replace the centec support post in the rear <br /> crawl apace with a new krealed poat and a 12" x 12" <br /> concrete pier block placed on top of the existing pad. <br /> ! Spread the remaining dirt over the lowec yard area in <br /> the rear lot. <br /> ' Replace rotte�l aections of the aupport girders under the <br /> main house and all rotted posta. Repost as necessary <br /> � with treated wood and concrete piera under. the two full <br /> i length rows of gicdera bringing the beam support up lo <br /> code.
