d. A minimum of 17.5 square feet of landscaping shall be provided in the interior of the <br /> parking lot for the 26 parking stalls. Landscape areas must be planted and located per <br /> Section 35.080.E of the Zoning Code. <br /> e. Prior to issuance of any pertnits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and approved by the <br /> Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan must <br /> show location and dimensions of requirod vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, <br /> rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2-foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be <br /> provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Cade. A 2-year <br /> maintenancc assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of <br /> the Zoning Code. <br /> 29. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 30. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured openings or <br /> where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fighting puiposes, the Fire Department <br /> may recommend or require a Knox key switch control on the gate. <br /> Please call (425) 257-8123 for further infotmation. <br /> 31. The cul-de-sac will be a required fire department turnaround and shall have a finished diameter a <br /> minimum of 70 feet curb-to�urb. It will require 'NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOW AWAY <br /> ZONE' signs the entire circumference of the circle. <br /> 32. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the strect <br /> entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br /> Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the <br /> access road. <br /> 33. Fire Hvdrants - Proposed locations as shown on the site plan are acceptable. <br /> 34. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS <br /> ROADS AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT <br /> OF CONSTRUCTION. <br /> 35. Fire Flow - Fire flow requirements for this structure are 2,000 gpm. <br /> 36.
