Conform to all applicable codes and Snohomish Counry and City of Everett <br /> requirements for demoNQon of structures, safety of adjacent structures and utilities, dust <br /> control, runoff control, environmentai abatement, and disposal. <br /> B. Obtain required permits from regulatory agencies as necessary. <br /> C. Notify afiected utility companies, Burlington Northem Santa Fe Railroad, and City uf <br /> Everett, five days before starting work and complying wfth their requirements. <br /> D. Do not close or obstruct public roadways, sidewalks or hydrants without permits. <br /> E. Conform to regulatory procedures when discovering hazardous or contaminated <br /> materials, as specified in General Conditions. <br /> 1.06 PROJECT CONDITIONS <br /> A. Site Access: To be detertnined during phasing plan. <br /> B. Work Sequencing: Demolftion work shall be performed in accordance with the project <br /> phasing requirements shown on the plans. <br /> C.
