The provisions and intent oi the contract, including the General Conditions, apply to this <br /> work as if spec�ed in this section. Work related to this section is described in: <br /> 1. Section 03300 - Cast-in-Place Concrete <br /> 1.02 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> A. The work includes the requirements for manufacture, detailing, cutting, bending, <br /> transporting, and placing of all concrete reinforcement and associated items required or <br /> indicated on the drawings. <br /> 1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. Qualifications of Workmen: Provide at least 1 person who shall be present at ell times <br /> during execution of this portfon of the work, and who shall be thoroughly familiar with <br /> the type of materials being installed and the best methods for their installation, and who <br /> shall direct ell work performed under lhis aection. <br /> B. Codes and Standarda: In addition to complying with all pertinent codea and <br /> regulations, comply with all pertinent recommendationa conteined in "Menual of <br /> Standard Practice tor Detailing Reiniorced Concrete Structures," publication ACI 315- <br /> 80 oi the American Concrete Institute. <br /> 1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Five days before any concrete reinforcement materials are delivered to the job aite, <br /> submit shop drawings to the Owner in accordance with the General Conditfons. <br /> B. Do not deliver concrete reinforcement to the job sfte until receipt of shop drewings <br /> approval from the Owner and authorized agenta. <br /> 1.05 PRODUCT HANDLING <br /> A.
