The provisions and intent of the Contract, including the General Conditions, apply to thfs work as if specified in this section. Work related to thla section is described in: 1. Section 02362 -Soldier Piles 1.02 DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. The work includes the requirements to provide the pigmented film or coating with all prefinishing work, accessories, auxflfary materials, and equipment required to finish the surfaces of the H-piles, as ind(cated on the drawings or noted within these specifications. 1.03 QUALITY ASSURRANCE A. Application: Application shall be by an experienced painter or a painting ftrm employing exFeriA�iced personnel. B. Manufacture's Specifications, Directions and Recommendations: Conform to the manufacture's speciflcatlons, directians, and recommendatione for best results in the use of each of their products for each condition. If results are at variance with these specifications, report the discrepancy to the Owner for a dacisfon. 1.04 SUBMITTALS A. List of Products: Submit a complete Iist of products proposed for use on the proJect, includfng manufacturers' p;oduct descriptions of all meterfals. Obtain approval before proceeding. Use the same manufacturers products tor all coets of each individual finish, unless othervvise appruved in writing by the Ovmer. B. Product Data: Submft altemate manufacturers published Iiterature for specified products and accessories as applicable, Including menufacturere apeciflcatlons, physical characteristics, and perfortnance data. Submit, as a supplement, manufacturer's instructions and directions for application if not included in the manufacturer's published literature. C.
