Origlnal contact was with the firm of <br /> Gabbert, Broweleit and Peterson, Architects, and their letter to us dated <br /> December 4, 1984. <br /> Introduction <br /> Tlie purpose of this investiqatinn and report is to determine suitability <br /> of the site for development as proposed. We understand that construction <br /> is to consist of additional building areas within the general areas of <br /> the test pits performed in the site. The prpcise locations of the additlons <br /> � were not knotin; however, the general •�ea: ��ere ascertained from a sketch <br /> given to us by Gabbert et. al. in their original letter. Approximate areas <br /> of exploration were also shown on the sketch, and were generally used <br /> where not inLerfered with by existing structures, utilities, etc. <br /> ` The scope of services included performance of five backhoe test pits perfor- <br /> med throughout the site area. <br /> ` Locations of the existing structures, test pits and other lnformation is <br /> shown on the enclosed lacation map. <br /> � <br />
