Grantor shall at all times conduct its activities and all other <br /> activitiea conducted on Crantor'a property eo as not to interfere with, <br /> obatruct or endanger the usefulneas of any improvementa. or otlier facilities, <br /> nou or hereafter maintained upon the easement, or in any way interfere with, <br /> obatruct or endanger the City's uae of the easemant. <br /> 2. Prior to any constiuction, work or any other activity by Grantor on <br /> thu easement, a notification and plans for the same ahall be auUmittad in <br /> writing to the City by Contractor and no such :onstruction, work or activity <br /> by Grantor shall be commenced without City's prior written agreemant that the <br /> Crantor's proposed constructinn, work or activity will not interfere with the <br /> City's easement granted herein; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, nny changes or revisions in <br /> the plans shall also be sub,ject to City's prior agreement. Thn City's review <br /> of t-he Crantor's plans under this easemant shall not be deemed to impoae any <br /> duty or obligation on the City to determine the adequacy or sufficiency of <br /> Grantor's plans and designe nor whether Grantor's construction, work or <br /> activity is in conformance with other applicnbla plans, codes and <br /> regulationa.
