Grantor shall at all times conduct its activities and all other activitiea conducted on Crantor'a property eo as not to interfere with, obatruct or endanger the usefulneas of any improvementa. or otlier facilities, nou or hereafter maintained upon the easement, or in any way interfere with, obatruct or endanger the City's uae of the easemant. 2. Prior to any constiuction, work or any other activity by Grantor on thu easement, a notification and plans for the same ahall be auUmittad in writing to the City by Contractor and no such :onstruction, work or activity by Grantor shall be commenced without City's prior written agreemant that the Crantor's proposed constructinn, work or activity will not interfere with the City's easement granted herein; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, nny changes or revisions in the plans shall also be sub,ject to City's prior agreement. Thn City's review of t-he Crantor's plans under this easemant shall not be deemed to impoae any duty or obligation on the City to determine the adequacy or sufficiency of Grantor's plans and designe nor whether Grantor's construction, work or activity is in conformance with other applicnbla plans, codes and regulationa.
