3. Grantor herehy euthorizes City to cut, trim and remove any and all <br /> i <br /> brush, treea, othar vegatation or debrie upon the easement and the right of <br /> access for such purposea. Grantor also autliorizes tha City to cut, trim and <br /> remove any and all brush, trees, other vegetation and debria on Crantor's <br /> proparty ahich, in the City's reeaonable �udgment, constitutes a hazard to the <br /> easemant and the right of access for auch purposas. <br /> 4. The Grantor agreea that title to all brush, trees, other vegetetion or <br /> dabris trimmed, cut and removed from the easement pursuant to thia pgreement, <br /> and also all brush, treea, other vegetation or debria trimmed, cut and removed <br /> from Crantar's land pursuant to this Agreement ia vasted in the City, and that <br /> the consideration paid for conveying said easement and righta herein described <br /> is accepted as full compensation for all demagea incideneal to the exerciae of <br /> any af said rights. <br /> 5. In the event Crentor placea any improvements on the easement or <br /> constructs anything on the easement without firat having obtained the written <br /> approval of the City Engineer, tha Crantor shall cease all such activity and <br /> remove any and all improvements placed thereon without the written agreement <br /> of the City Engineer. In tha event Grantor fails to obtain prior approval, <br /> Crantor hereby authorizea the City to remove any and all improvemonta placed <br /> or constructed thereon and hold the City, ita officera, employeea and egents <br /> hai•mless from damage caused to said improvements from removal thereof. <br /> Grantor further agrees to pay tt�e City for any end ell costs incurred by the <br /> City in removing the improvements.
